生产统计员Production Statistician

岗位概述:

负责整个生产部门生产消耗数据的统计和系统输入，负责生产部物料的管理、定期盘点、出入库和报表工作，负责部门的考勤和后勤工作等。

主要职责:

• 依照公司的工作程序和SHE程序完成生产日报、生产周报和生产月报，并及时将每日生产数据和消耗数据录入系统；
• 负责对生产车间原、辅材料的消耗、产出数量进行统计，并准确地计算产品得率；每天早上与物流和车间进行报表数据的核对，按时间要求发送生产日报；
• 协助各车间主管一起负责生产部物料的定期盘点、按要求出入库和报表工作；
• 管理生产部的所有生产记录和相关技术文件的存档管理，以及文具等零散物品的发放；
• 协助各车间主管做好车间员工的考勤和后勤服务工作；
• 负责生产部门的会务、培训安排和外来客人的接待工作；
•  负责生产部门与其他部门的日常沟通事宜；
• 公司和上司安排的其它工作。

技能知识

• 能够熟练操作Word/Excel/PowerPoint等办公自动化软件及各类办公自动化设备；有一定的英语基础

工作经历:

•  有油脂相关行业工作经验优先

教育背景:  

• 大专及以上学历，具有一定的数学基础

语言能力:

• 英语能看和写
