Entity Content maintains a central database that connects and unlocks the true value of our content across our products and internal services. We are the starting point for all organization information. The data we provide helps our customers run their business successfully and in accordance with the law and regulations of the markets they operate in. We provide Entity data and Qualified financial content as services to the industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and plan effective training program and strong assessment process.
• Identify requirement of refresher training and equip production staff with required skill.
• Accountable for end-to-end MOW/ procedures, keep the document up to date and communicate process changes constructively.
• Involve in client engagement initiatives and drive improvement ideas.
• Support SCA/CA in daily complicated production cases.
• Develop strong process SME's for operations.
• Participates in the development of new business proposals and assists on other ongoing projects.
• Drive Market Driven Metrics for Entity Content.
• Identify and build automation solutions for New Sources and data attributes.
• Maintaining/Documenting and creating backups for all the individual tasks.
• Participate in process related calls/workshops.
• Drive Service Improvement plan for reduction of DCCs. Proactively Lead discussions with the team to improve Quality on DCC.
• Implementation of process simplification idea for the reduction of Client customer concerns/CSS errors.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external teams to support sourcing and collection of data.
• Supports specific critical projects assigned and meets or exceeds the critical metrics defined.
• Work closely with global production specialists and initiate plans aimed at overall process improvement.
• Prepare & Conduct Process Knowledge Tests for the Content, Improve passing score of analysts quarterly wise and analyse the score to bridge the knowledge gaps within teams.
Required skills and experience:
• Understanding of the Entity Content processes tools and procedures.
• Sound experience of work prioritization, project management and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently under pressure and also with different teams.
• Building strong process knowledge and lead quality data.
• Proven analytic, critical thinking and problem solving skills, innovation and taking initiative in continuous process improvements
• Attention to details with 100% accuracy.
• Should be flexible enough to work in different shifts & Hybrid model of 3 days in Office & 2 days working from Home.
• Expertise in MS SQL, & MS Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to articulate the feedback to collaborators.
