El Líder de Turno de Producción es responsable de coordinar, supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción en su turno, asegurando la calidad del producto, el uso eficiente de recursos y el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y disciplina en la planta. Es el enlace directo entre la administracion de producción y el personal operativo.

• Planificación y control: Organizar y asignar tareas, monitorear producción y tomar acciones correctivas.
• Gestión de personal: Coordinar y motivar al equipo, controlar asistencia y desempeño, detectar necesidades de capacitación.
• Calidad y seguridad: Cumplir normas de calidad, supervisar medidas de seguridad y reportar incidentes.
• Mantenimiento y recursos: Coordinar con mantenimiento y verificar disponibilidad de insumos.
• Registro y reporte: Completar registros de producción y elaborar reportes al cierre de turno.

• Bachelor degree (Industrial or Manufacturing Engineer)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions Knowledge in rubber or plastic production process (desiderable)
• Experience managing people (minimum 50 employees).
• Intermediate level English.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 & Safety  NOMs 
• Experience in lean manufacturing
