Your Role & Impact
As a Production Scheduler, you will be at the center of our operations, translating demand into actionable production plans that balance inventory, capacity, and customer satisfaction. You won’t just manage schedules — you’ll shape the efficiency of our manufacturing operations, directly impacting thousands of customer orders across North America.
Plan for Performance
• Build and maintain production schedules that align with demand, inventory targets, and operational capacity
• Adjust plans proactively to respond to fluctuations in orders, priorities, or constraints
Analyze & Anticipate
• Analyze sales forecasts, order trends, and market insights to anticipate production needs
• Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that save time, reduce waste, and improve service levels
Collaborate & Influence
• Work closely with production teams, supply chain, and sales to optimize resources and smooth workflows
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve challenges before they become problems
Drive Continuous Improvement
• Monitor production KPIs and respond quickly to disruptions
• Lead initiatives to improve processes, tools, and methods — your ideas will directly shape our operations
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of production planning experience
• Strong command of MRP/ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Analytical mindset with hands-on, proactive problem-solving
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
• Experience tracking, analyzing, and acting on performance indicators
