• Handle customer complaint, 0Km & Field returns, analyse, improve and report
• Make inspection standard (including appearance standard) for new product
• Make inspection standard and check record for product audit
• Implement product audit monthly and make action plan for defect found
• Arrange annual validation test for product and follow up the test result
• Take part in PFMEA creation and audit
• Create and update process control plan
• Create and update product audit instruction after final test

• Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
• 0-2 years of working experiences in the respective area;
• Electronic quality analysis and testing;
• Experience in R&D
