➢ Edit and release of manufacturing instruction and working plans

➢ Problem solving during daily production

➢ Continue improvement for production target KPI achievement

➢ Tooling/fixtures management

➢ Sample planning / production for new customer projects

➢ Support customer release/ audit

➢ Collaboration with lead plant and international production network

➢ Coordination and alignment with project management, technical experts. lead plant, and external suppliers

➢ Participation in simultaneous engineering teams

➢ Bachelor’s degree with major in mechanical or electrical engineering,IE,etc.

➢ 2 years or above experience in production area

➢ Good English communication skill

➢ Problem solving skill
