Production Planning Engineer_PS_RBCW

To better support the fast development of automotive industry and technology of China, Bosch set up its wholly owned company, Bosch Automotive Systems (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., in Wuxi (RBCW). As an important member of two divisions Power Solutions and Electrified Motion, RBCW has nearly 650 employees, and is a youthful and energetic company. It specializes in the development, production and sales of new powertrain-related and future-oriented products. The main products include after treatment system, 48V battery, sensors, connector, alternative fuel system, commercial vehicle electrification drive unit and thermal management system, automated driving assistance system, etc.

Key task:

- Prepare production related documents as standard, follow up standard implementation status (WI, TEK plan, CP, FMEA, MSA report, MAE/ Tools release report, Tooling and inventory management ...)

- Production planning (series and sample delivery plan, TEK, Tooling/consumable and IDC Cost control, Investment ...)

- Quality planning in manufacturing area (implement Q14 requirement at planning phase, support supervisor to monitor and do improvement in action phase)

- Support SMC as key player

- Do launch coordination and perform 2DP: cooperate with crossfunction to release and SOP of products for different customer, perform Safe launch to ensure the ramp up

- Participation in simultanuous engineering team of customer project; collaboration with local production network; coordination and alignment with project management, technical experts, LPN, and external suppliers

- Perform CIP to improve KPI (ie. OEE, FPY, IDC, Tools/consumable cost ...)

- Dealing with Quality issue (concession, 8D, quality incident ...)

- Participate Change management (ECR, lean ECR ...)

- Initiates problem solving

- Support sample planning and production

 

Key task for competence build up:

- Know how build up for manufacturing process as planner

- Graduate engineer in mechanical or industrial engineering

- min. 3 years at Automotive industry production department

- basic knowledge in MAE ordering

- problem solving techniques (8D, Ishikawa, Shainin)

- result oriented, systematic

- self-dependent, team player

- Fulent English

 

PREFERRED

- 5 years at Bosch MOE department with focus on series production support, including experience in new releases, IPN exchange, RPP projects

- experience in MAE transfer from other Bosch plants

- Shainin journeyman

- knowledge of German culture
