The Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production flow, optimal utilization of resources, and adherence to quality, safety, and delivery standards. The role requires close coordination with production teams, tool room, suppliers, and external stakeholders, while maintaining accurate production data and reports through ERP systems.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and control production schedules, capacity booking, and material flow to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate shift operations and monitor productivity, rejection levels, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Manage production data, master data, and reporting through ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Ensure compliance with IATF standards, 5S practices, safety norms (PPE), and internal quality systems.
• Prepare and maintain trial reports, work instructions, and trial instructions.
• Understand and document process parameters and their impact on product quality.
• Classify raw materials visually and manage master batch mixing ratios.
• Monitor raw material pre-heating processes and maintain pre-heating logbooks.
• Identify moulding defects, maintain defect records, and support root cause analysis.
• Coordinate closely with the tool room for mould-related issues and trials.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and external teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support continuous improvement through teamwork, collaboration, problem-solving, and time management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience in Production Planning & Control within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of injection moulding processes and common moulding defects.
• Strong understanding of IATF standards and quality documentation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (including basic reporting and pivot tables).
• Good communication, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage shifts, priorities, and timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
