This position is directly responsible for analysis and preparation of daily and weekly production schedules based off customer requirements.  Analyzes and determines plans to maintain proper WIP & FG inventory levels. Communicate changes to the schedule to the production area in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop production schedules using customer releases, MRP, SAP, and Excel.
• Maintain efficient production schedules in X4 to support smooth operations.
• Ensure proper WIP and Finished Goods inventory levels for on‑time shipments.
• Manage phase‑in/phase‑out of engineering changes and new product launches.
• Plan for special runs, tooling needs, maintenance downtime, and other key events.
• Identify resource bottlenecks by evaluating materials, equipment, manpower, and container availability.
• Maintain and update SAP master data, including safety stock and order quantity settings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and monitor production progress to address delays quickly.
• Education required:  2-year degree in business management or 3-5 years’ experience in production scheduling
• Experience required:  5 years general experience in this field
• HIGHLY Preferred SAP scheduling experience
• Specific skills, knowledge and abilities required:  Strong computer skills in excel, word, and a computerized order processing system. 
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Thorough understanding of technical process constraints.
• Ability to analyze number and schedules in order to meet the customer’s demand.
