YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a hands-on, precise, and highly motivated Production Operator to strengthen our manufacturing operations in Garching. In this role, you will support both our spinforming and welding/laser cleaning processes, helping us scale production capacity and stabilize output across shifts.

• Stable second-shift operation of the spinforming line, ensuring safe setup, machine handling and consistent process execution.

• Daily output increase from 24 to 48 domes through precise operation, efficient cycle management and clean handover between shifts.

• Continuous production flow, also during vacation or sickness periods, supported by reliable task execution and adherence to work instructions.

• Laser-cleaning process running at serial-production level, including equipment handling, part preparation and process monitoring.

• Liner-production throughput increased to 120 vessels per month through accurate machine operation and stable cycle times.

• Independent operation at the Garching site, covering setup, operation, quality checks and documentation.

YOUR PROFILE:
• Mush have: Strong hands-on skills; able to work with tools and machinery

• Nice to have: Machine operator experience, Metalworking background or Welding experience (TIG/MIG or similar)

• Driven and proactive mindset and high performer with strong ownership.

• Precise and detail-oriented, but also efficient and attentive.

• Comfortable working in a digital environment (computer-based work instructions)

• Fully reliable for on-site shift work (Monday - Friday earliest start 6 am, second shift latest end 10 pm)

• Languages: Fluent in English (at least B1), German nice to have
