12 Hours:

06:00 PM – 06:00 AM, Sunday-Tuesday or Wednesday -Friday, every other Saturday

Pay Rate: 

$11/hr for regular hours | $16.50/hr for overtime

Production Operator

Summary

Production Operators are responsible for achieving production standards in manual operations and/or while operating equipment requiring average mechanical skills and aptitude. Responsible for achieving standard production rates, following safety, compliance, and company policies and practices. Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of work in batch records, log books and other official documents.

No form of makeup, cologne, perfume, hair products, scented lotions, nail polish, artificial nails/ lashes, piercings or jewelry are permitted in any manufacturing area. All areas require mandatory overtime and include moderate physical demands, such as kneeling, bending, squatting, twisting and lifting.

Clean Room Manufacturing Areas

Filling & Bag Fabrication

Work in a cool environment (~65⁰)

Wear uniform and steel-toe safety shoes (3-5 lbs)

Wear full clean room gown – hairnet, hood, coverall, surgical mask, gloves, shoes covers, rubber boots

Wear hearing protection

Move wheeled stainless steel carts around clean rooms

Move commodities from stainless steel carts to manufacturing surfaces

Move filled tubs of product

Place unfilled containers onto filling stations; machinery may be in motion

Remove and stack fabricated containers from moving machinery

Must be able to bend, squat, stretch and move on hands and knees when cleaning

1-2 hours of cleaning duties per shift

Work in a standing position

Job Requirements:

Must have high school diploma or GED

Basic computer skills required

Minimum of 6 months working experience ideally in a warehouse, production or manufacturing setting.

Must be able to work Mandatory Overtime
