Production Operative (Known internally as Operations Team Member)
Falkirk
Starting Salary £33,872
48 Hours per week on a rota basis – 1 week in 3 is night shifts, the shifts are 12 hours and either 6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am

We’re operating a small part of the Falkirk site to help us build stronger stock levels across our network and as such, we’re recruiting for a Production Operative to join us.
So, what’s the mission?
Reporting into our Operations Team Leader; You will carry out all duties relating to the efficient manufacturing of high quality concrete products, using all operational techniques. The position requires manual handling this includes the use of powered hand tools, machinery and mechanical handling equipment. You’ll be used to working in an environment where safety, quality, waste and OEE targets are a norm!
What are the mission-critical skills?
• Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
• Team player with attention to detail
• IOSH qualification is desirable
• Good level of English, oral and written
• Forward thinking individual continually looking at improving processes and wastes
• Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
