Responsibilities

Develop and manage production schedules while ensuring material availability and preventing bottlenecks.

Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and supply chain teams to optimize resource planning.

Calculate and analyze production costs, including raw materials, labor, and logistics, and recommend cost-saving measures.

Work with finance teams on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies.

Utilize ERP/MRP systems for efficient planning, inventory management, and reporting.

Ensure on-time product delivery while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Prepare production and cost analysis reports to support decision-making and audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of cost accounting and production planning principles.

Capable of managing tasks from initiation to completion, demonstrating proactivity and resourcefulness. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.

Proficiency in Excel, ERP/MRP software (Priority , SAP, etc.).
