Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
• Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
• Manage the overall production activities. Including the machine, fixture, tool, cutter maintenance.
• Manage and control the progress of production output, shipment results and sales amount.
• Responsible for the statistical analysis of various costs of the workshop to achieve the purpose of reducing losses and improving benefits.
• Ensure smooth and efficient running of production to ensure timely delivery to fulfill customer requirements. Deal with the abnormal during production and close following on production/quality matters to lower impact to production.
• Analyze and interpret production data for management review.
• Coach subordinates on technical aspects of the job. Maintain the machine operation rules.
• Develop and ensure departmental KPI targets are met. Continue improvement on KPI.
• Responsible for solving some difficult problems on site, timely research and process innovation to achieve energy conservation, emission reduction and increase corporate benefits
• Responsible for recording the performance of workshop employees, assessing and responsible for the work allocation of employees in the workshop, and regularly organizing training for workshop personnel according to actual needs.
• Coordinate 5S and safety practices throughout the production line, guiding them to operate equipment safely, strengthening safety management, and ensuring that there are no safety accidents in the workshop.
• Cooperate with the company’s overtime responsibilities according to the needs.
• Working out daily production plan for each machine and for each person of after machining stations.
• Process evaluation for new products and process preparation needed, including fixture, program, cutter and each OP drawings.

Requirements:
• Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin & English.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in manufacturing field and experience in production management.
• Strong technical expertise in CNC Milling and other relevant manufacturing processes.

• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, CAD/CAM software, and quality assurance protocols.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
