Responsibilities
Order and manage materials for remodeling projects
Monitor daily schedules and track job progress
Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality and efficiency
Lead, Supervise and Support installation teams
Identify and resolve training or performance issues
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Manage and track change orders
Coordinate scheduling and task assignments for team members
Communicate clearly with installers, management, sales team, and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Lead team meetings to address challenges and improve processes
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership and team management ability
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Experience in construction, remodeling, or project management preferred
Compensation
$100,000-130,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
