Shift: Wednesday–Sunday, 3rd Shift (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM)

Are you a mechanically inclined leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Avery Dennison is looking for a Production Lead to join our Service Bureau team. In this role, you won't just run equipment; you will "own" your station and lead your teammates toward success. We are looking for a versatile "utility player" who is eager to learn multiple functions and ensure our facility's "circulatory system" keeps moving.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day):

• Lead by Example: Operate specialized equipment while providing guidance to associates and making key production decisions in the absence of a supervisor.

Ensure Precision: Monitor quality standards through regular sampling and checks to maintain a "zero-defect" mindset.

• Solve Problems: Troubleshoot machine abnormalities and coordinate with service technicians to ensure operational uptime.

• Manage Logistics: Use ERP systems to log data accurately and maintain neat, organized inventory levels in the warehouse.

• Champion Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Customer Service and diverse production teams to meet urgent delivery changes and deadlines.

What You Bring:

• Technical Aptitude: High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of related experience. You should be comfortable learning new software and operating complex machinery.

• Agility: The ability to pivot quickly between tasks as production priorities shift.

• Resilience: A focus on maintaining quality and a positive attitude during high-pressure shifts.

• Physical Readiness: Comfort standing for long periods and lifting 25–50 lbs regularly.

• Safety-First Mindset: A commitment to wearing PPE and following all safety protocols to protect yourself and your team.

Hourly Rate $24.62 - $32.83 / hour.
