• Respond to technical requirements throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Responsible for daily production and operations, with end-to-end accountability (Build – Industrialization – Run).
• Ensure the operability of solutions in RUN mode (CMDB updates, documentation, management of obsolescence and vulnerabilities) – Operational Maintenance (MCO).
• Incident and problem management (ITIL V4).
• Guarantee business continuity (PSI).
• Perform scheduled interventions occasionally (outside business hours).
• Ensure proper automation of production deployments and perform these actions when necessary (scheduling, automation).
• Support the entity in solution development in coordination with the Project Manager / ScrumOps.
• Act as a technical integrator.
• Carry out monitoring activities (TANDEM, SAP, and SAS).
• Ensure compliance with DevOps best practices and standards (culture, automation, security, observability).
