Requirements:
• Experience in product development and sourcing especially in textiles and garment manufacturing
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and multi-task
• Open minded and able to connect quickly in complex and intercultural environment
• Excellent managerial courage and organizational skills
• Winner Mindset, having self-belief and a clear vision, while also strong leadership to achieving goal
• Good communication skills in English / Bahasa

Responsibiliteis

• Develops sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Negotiating with and managing relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
• Developing and executing sourcing strategies
• Ensuring product quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
• Collaborate with procurement teams and rank 1/rank 2 suppliers-factories to create detailed manufacturing schedules, considering material/component availability, resource allocation and capacity.
• Evaluating the risks and stakes in my supplier by detecting unacceptable situations and implementing appropriate actions.
• Collaborating with production teams and rank 1/ rank 2 suppliers-factories to implement efficient construction techniques and machinery, reducing operation counts and ensuring scalability.
• Based in : Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia
