Production Industrialization & Quality Specialist

Requirements:
• Proven experience in product development within garment manufacturing, specifically for Woven and SK (Soft Knit) product categories.
• Strong analytical skills and multi-task
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Receptivity to learning new processes and tools.
• Open minded and able to connect quickly in complex and intercultural environment
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
• Good communication skills in English / Bahasa

Responsibiliteis

• I ensure my products are homologated 100% From Development until Go Shipment
• I monitor the quality performance in my perimeter/ ge my supplier quality.
• I detect unacceptable situations in my suppliers (E-points detection)
• I evaluate the risks and stakes in my supplier and I implement appropriate actions.
• I perform process and product quality control in my suppliers
• I manage supplier on chemicals
• I master the process of making the product
• I know the aim, the target and the specificities of industrialisation/Duplication for Decathlon & my industrial process
• I confirm the technical requirements feasibility based on the process and supplier know how.
• I support industrial costing strategies (#Cost Break Down)
• Role Based in : This position will be based in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia
