Job Description

Psicontrol is part of the Picanol Group, a business unit of Tessenderlo Group (Euronext: TESB).

Due to continued growth, the team is looking for reinforcement. Are you a technical talent with a passion for innovation and production? At Psicontrol, part of the Picanol Group, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the introduction and optimization of new electronic products.

What will you do?

• Support the introduction of new products on the production floor
• Create workflows, workstation analyses, and production files
• Optimize production processes and tools
• Perform pre- and post-calculations of products
• Work closely with R&D, production in Romania, customers, and suppliers

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (basic knowledge of electronics required)
• Experience in a production environment (electronics/mechatronics is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Communicative, hands-on mindset, and willing to travel abroad
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Dutch, and English
