Production General Labor Second Shift

Our Truly Free Production Team Members keep the heart of TFH beating. Based in our Williamsburg, MI facility, you’ll help mix, pouch, label, assemble, and prepare products so our customers get the non‑toxic home essentials they love—safely, accurately, and on time.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where we prioritize Safety, then Quality, then Production—in that order.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Run production activities such as pouching, labeling, general assembly, and basic line support to meet or beat hourly production standards.

Support mixing and material handling by following batch sheets, moving raw materials, and reporting inventory needs to supervisors.

Follow safety and quality procedures every step of the way, including QC checks, lot control, and proper use of PPE when handling raw materials or working in designated areas.

Keep things clean and organized—from your work area to shared spaces—so the team can stay efficient, safe, and ready for the next run.

Team up with others across production, shipping, and fulfillment when needed—helping out where it’s busiest so we hit our goals together.

Pick, pack, and assemble orders directly from production areas, making sure items, counts, and labels are all correct before they ship out.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counts, labels, and paperwork.

Comfortable with routine and repetition in a production/warehouse environment while staying focused on safety and quality.

Basic math, reading, and computer skills to follow batch sheets, pick lists, and simple systems or shipping software.

Team‑player mindset: you communicate clearly, take direction well, jump in where needed, and show up consistently for your team.

“Treat it like you own it” attitude—dependable, organized, and committed to doing things the right way.

Experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse work is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour for Production Team Members.

10% shift premium added on top of your base pay for this shift.

Production bonus opportunities tied to team and production performance—when the team wins, you share in the reward. Currently averaging $1.30 per hour

Food Card Program: for every hour you work, $0.75 per hour is loaded onto a vending card to help with the cost of lunch or dinner during your shift.

SCHEDULE

Standard shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

Overtime is optional when available, not mandatory.

PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly (boxes, pails, finished goods, and raw materials).

Comfortable with prolonged standing and walking throughout an 8‑hour shift in a labor‑intensive, indoor production/warehouse environment.

Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above the head and below the waist as part of normal daily work.

Willingness to wear required PPE (such as gloves, eye protection, and other protective gear) when mixing, handling raw materials, or working in designated areas.

On‑site role at our Williamsburg, MI facility in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented production environment.
