The Opportunity
As a Production Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of integrated projects across experiential, content, social, and digital. You will work closely with Producers, Project Managers, Creative teams, and external partners to help keep projects running smoothly from kickoff through delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced agency environment, enjoys problem solving, and is eager to grow their production career across multiple disciplines.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Support Producers and Project Managers on experiential, content, social, and digital projects
• Assist with project scheduling, timelines, and production calendars
• Help coordinate internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and external partners
• Track project deliverables, assets, and approvals
• Prepare call sheets, production documents, and status updates
• Assist with budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking
• Help ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget
• Support on set or on site production as needed
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams

What You’ll Bring:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, or a related role, ideally within an agency or production environment
• Experience or strong interest in experiential, content, social, and digital production
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow through
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable working with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms
• A collaborative, proactive, and solutions oriented mindset

Bonus Points!:
• Experience supporting live events, activations, or on site productions
• Familiarity with content production workflows including video, photography, and social
• Basic understanding of budgets and production finance
• Experience working with external vendors and freelancers
