Production Coordinator, Audio Description

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Pixelogic’s internal Audio Description and Project Management teams for day-to-day production planning and managing/supervising of multimedia orders.
• Support the Production Manager and leads with job scheduling, capacity planning, on-call schedule management, rush project coordination, and related operational tasks.
• Track asset deliveries rejections.

• Manage, monitor, and update all timelines and working with all parties to ensure final deliveries are within the expected timeframe and handle any issues that arise.

• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

• Work with the Production Managers to eliminate blockers.

• Abide by security policies and protecting information assets and working with translators to keep high security standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience, preferably in entertainment, media, or post-production.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good understanding of various post-production workflows and tools including audio and video editing software.
• General knowledge of non-linear editing tools such as Adobe Premiere is a big plus.
• Attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines and a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of tools and workflows in digital media.
• Excellent in using Microsoft Excel and Google spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in an ever-changing and multicultural environment.
• A positive attitude when experiencing obstacles and enthusiastic to get things done.
• Passionate about customer experience and customer service excellence.
• Problem solver with creative and innovative approach with ability to think out of the box.
