The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. As a Production Controller, you will play a vital role in staffing, planning, and achieving building goals to ensure the accurate and timely processing of merchandise to our Stores and Guests . As the primary facilitator of the business, you will help to educate executives on the importance of accurately staffing their teams, balanced freight flow, and aid in problem solving for positive daily and weekly financial results . You will monitor plans and work in-process backlogs to consider impacts of future planning and staffing to keep the building balanced . In partnership with key leadership and support teams, ensure the key is adequately staffed and trained to meet throughput commitments. Lead and facilitate all operational Management System huddles . Additionally, you will participate in the development of business plans, using trends and reporting tools to help identify and drive areas of opportunity within the building to positively impact KPIs .
