Production Assistant to H&M Studio

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Do you want to play a key role behind the scenes and help bring H&M’s fashion content to life every day? H&M Studios, part of the H&M Marketing department, produces fashion content for H&M’s full assortment globally, with a focus on e-commerce. Our work includes model images, product images, and video assets. As a Production Assistant, you play a central role in managing one of the largest wardrobes in the nordics, ensuring that every product is prepared, organised and presented in the best possible way for our shoots. This is a hands-on, fast paced role where your structured approach, attention to detail and proactive mindset directly support a smooth and efficient production process.  

Key responsibilities include:  

• Unpacking, labeling, and sorting incoming products with accuracy and care.  
• Maintaining an organised and up to date wardrobe area.  
• Planning and executing steaming and ironing to ensure all garments are camera-ready.  
• Supporting the production teams before and after photo shoots as well as assist during model photo shoots.  
• Ensuring the studios are well prepared and ready to support daily production needs. 

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH    

You will collaborate closely with fellow Production Assistants, Product Coordinators and Stylists, to name a few. In this role, teamwork and communication are essential, the studio relies on a shared effort to keep production running smoothly, and you will be an integral part of that daily flow.

We are looking for people with:   

• Experience in garment care including ironing and steaming.  
• Experience in product management.  
• Experience from a high paced work environment.  
• Previous experience as a stylist assistant is an advantage.

• Hands-on and comfortable working with practical, physical tasks.  
• Independent, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.  
• Team players who contribute to a positive and collaborative environment.
