About the role

Our Production Assistant ensures that our Melbourne operation runs smoothly whilst providing consistent, friendly and supportive customer service to our customers. On any day you will:

Coordinate the day-to-day distribution requirements in a reliable and timely manner

Check inbound deliveries, counting, recording and reporting stock movements accurately

Prepare and pack finished products for customer orders

Ensure the space is kept tidy, orderly and safe

There are opportunities for full-time and casual work available.

About you

Ideally, you’ll come from a Hospitality, Customer Service or Warehousing background and have a passion for specialty coffee. To nail this role, you’ll need:

A positive and collaborative nature

Be confident & customer focused- you’ll be out on the ground weekly chatting with our café customers

Have demonstrated experience in warehousing and/or packaging line operations

Have an eye for data, Microsoft excel or other spreadsheet skills

A forklift license is a bonus!
