Responsibilities:
Support in daily communication with manufactures and customers overseas.
Work with sales, design and tech team on calendar deadlines, sourcing, product adoption and samples development.
Follow up with oversea factories to ensure fabric/ trims/ samples are submitted in a timely manner.
Place orders and track production deliveries.
Assist in fittings and supporting the team as needed.
Monitor samples and approval process.
Follow up to ensure all orders are being properly shipped and arrived on time.
Qualifications:
3+ years of production experience.
Previous experience working within apparel is preferred but not required.
Strong organization skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in Chinese language.
Job Logistics
Location: New York, NY – Midtown West
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000
