The Role: Production Assembler 

As a Production Assembler, you’ll perform hands-on tasks that keep our assembly process moving with accuracy, quality, and care. Most days will follow a steady routine—but the products you assemble will vary, keeping the work interesting while allowing you to build mastery. 

This position requires a high degree of attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the persistence to get the job done right. You’ll be part of a team that values reliability, rules, and teamwork above all. 

What You’ll Do 

Follow detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders with precision. 

Gather and prepare parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials for production. 

Assemble components with accuracy, ensuring all connections and fits meet specifications. 

Verify quality by inspecting completed components—no shortcuts, no missed details. 

Notify supervisors of any assembly issues or missing resources. 

Keep equipment operational with basic preventive maintenance and care. 

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area by following rules and procedures. 

Document production and quality checks accurately. 

Support your team by stepping in wherever needed to keep production flowing. 

What You Bring 

High school diploma or GED. 

Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality. 

Persistence and consistency—you don’t give up until the job is done right. 

Ability to handle the repetitive nature of assembly while staying thorough and accurate. 

Mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination. 

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods. 

Team-player mindset—you take rules seriously and do what’s needed for the group’s success. 

A reliable, stable work ethic with pride in your craftsmanship.
