What will your job look like?
We are continuously growing, and we need you to support our expansion! We would like you to join our Austin team. You will be working alongside our production team on a dedicated special project.
As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various products according to established standards and procedures within this project environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, fine motor skills, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.
As Production Assembler your responsibilities include:
Assemble products or components according to specific instructions and blueprints
Perform fine motor assembly work requiring precision and accuracy
Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery; identify and report any equipment malfunctions
Crimping and soldering tasks (experience is a strong plus)
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment as required
Collaborate closely with the production team to meet project and production goals
Record production data and complete reports as needed
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to the assembly process

Are you the right person?
You have at least 1 year of previous experience in manufacturing and the ability to read and interpret technical documents. You are comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively. Experience with crimping and soldering is considered a plus.
As a Production Assembler, you have strong attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindset. Some basic math skills, along with strong communication and teamwork skills, are required.
You are able to perform repetitive tasks involving hands, wrists, and arms, including precision-based work. You are comfortable with some heavy lifting and have good vision, as well as the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
