What will your job look like?
Our organization continues to grow, and we are excited to expand our team for a dedicated Battery Management System (BMS) project. We are looking for motivated Production Assemblers to join our team and work closely with our production experts on this specialized project.
As a Production Assembler, you will assemble and test components within the BMS scope, following established standards, procedures, and project specifications. This role requires precision, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured and team‑oriented environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the high quality and reliability of our BMS product builds.
This position is part of a shift‑based production environment, so flexibility and willingness to work in shifts are essential.
Your responsibilities include:
Assemble BMS-related products or components according to project instructions, technical drawings, and assembly guidelines
Perform fine‑motor assembly tasks requiring precision and accuracy
Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery; promptly report any equipment issues
Execute crimping and soldering activities (experience is a strong plus)
Follow strict safety, quality, and ESD procedures
Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with project standards
Collaborate closely with the project production team to meet planning and quality targets
Record production progress and document required data
Participate in training to expand your skills related to BMS assembly processes

Are you the right person?
You have at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing and are comfortable reading and interpreting technical instructions or documents. You can work safely and effectively with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Experience in crimping and soldering is a strong advantage.
You have a high attention to detail, a quality‑focused mindset, and basic math skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
Physically, you are able to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, handle precision tasks, and perform occasional heavy lifting. You feel comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods and have good vision for detailed assembly work.
You are also willing and able to work in a rotating shift system, as part of the project requirements.
