Production and Prototype Machinist

What You’ll Do:

Machine short run production for our customers.

Machine prototype parts for current and potential new customers.

Design and improve fixtures to support production efficiency.

Work closely with engineering and production teams to develop solutions.

Resolve fixture changes efficiently and effectively.

Communicate clearly and timely with departments on deadlines and progress.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with manual machining is required.

Experience with CNC machines, with programming experience in CNC mills strongly encouraged.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Communication skills and attention to detail.
