Sonsoft , Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, => Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

• At Least 4 years of Experience in Production and Environment Support Unix, Linux, Tomcat, websphere, JBOSS
• We need strong Java Technical engineer from Production background.
• Experience in Java Development as well as Support- Must
• Expertise in SQL queries.
• Strong in RDBMS concepts, Oracle DB and good knowledge of PL/SQL scripting.
• Strong experience in web servers.
• Experienced in Java, J2EE and Web Application Development.
• Prior production support experience is mandatory
• Good debugging and trouble shooting skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Very strong technical background in core java, XML, Spring and RESTful web services.
• Good knowledge in SQL queries and database fundamentals
• Any experience with Splunk, Apigee and ATG commerce will be an advantage.
• Exposure to Heap-dump/Thread-dump Analysis will be an advantage.
• Experience in Retail domain will be an advantage
• Strong in UNIX commands and shell scripting
• Supervises daily activities for production support to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems mitigation plans, ICA and RCA within service-level agreements.
• Instructs on day-to-day operations: business impacts, priorities and dependencies.
• Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all information entered into production scheduling and problem management systems.
• Ability to evaluate the rationale behind the use of technology infrastructure across various functions.
• Coaches the team on the roles and responsibilities.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
