Job Description
Marshall White, a prominent name in Melbourne’s premium real estate market, is seeking a proactive Product Trainer to support our high-performing sales network.
With nine offices across some of Melbourne’s most prestigious suburbs – including Stonnington, Boroondara, Port Phillip, Bayside, Manningham, and the Mornington Peninsula – Marshall White is a recognised leader in Residential Sales, Project Marketing, and Property Management.
Our unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and client service has earned us a reputation as one of the most trusted and respected brands in luxury real estate.
These achievements are grounded in our core values:
Integrity – We do what we say, and we do what’s right.
Teamwork – We believe in winning together and thriving together.
Professionalism – We strive for excellence in every moment.
Reporting to the Sales L&D team, and working closely with the Head of Technology & Marketing Operations, the Product Trainer will deliver practical, hands-on training that lifts adoption, confidence and consistency in how our people use core sales systems across the group. This role is CRM‑first and sits at the heart of how agents and admins work day to day, ensuring our technology supports performance, service and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day training delivery for our CRM, driving adoption, consistency and effective usage across the business.
Deliver predominantly face-to-face training, with regular travel between offices to run in-person sessions, coaching and reinforcement of best-practice ways of working.
Manage the CRM inbox, including triage, routing, response standards and daily hygiene so enquiries and tasks reach the right people quickly.
Design and deliver onboarding for new agents and admins across core systems, including role-based learning pathways.
Run training for REA Ignite, Domain Skylight, IntelAgent and related tools, including new features and best-practice workflows.
Translate product and system updates into clear behaviours, checklists and “how to” guidance that is easy for agents and admins to follow.
Build and maintain training materials such as quick guides, scripts, job aids, videos and knowledge-base articles.
Facilitate group workshops, office visits and one-on-one coaching, tailoring delivery style to different experience levels and needs.
Work closely with Team Leaders and office leadership to identify adoption gaps and reinforce agreed ways of working.
Gather feedback from users, identify friction points and recommend improvements to processes, training and system configuration.
Support change management for system changes, including communications support and ongoing reinforcement activity.
Coordinate with external partners (including REA and Domain) on enablement resources, release notes and training support.
Skills and Experience
Strong practical CRM capability, including understanding of pipelines, lead sources, data quality, reporting and day-to-day user workflows.
Proven experience designing and facilitating training, including building learning content and presenting to mixed audiences.
Solid technical and commercial understanding of how sales agents work, what drives adoption and what underpins consistent system use and performance outcomes.
Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across multiple offices and influence without formal authority.
High initiative, strong ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Clear, concise communication style, able to simplify complex workflows into easy steps, scripts and practical guidance.
High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to process and continuous improvement.
Experience in real estate operations, sales support or product/technology enablement is preferred.
If you’re passionate about helping people get the most out of their tools and enjoy working closely with high-performing sales teams, we’d love to hear from you.
Marshall White is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive team.
