Quick Summary
This role involves defining and industrializing EOL test solutions, with a focus on ensuring products meet customer requirements and are safe for manufacturing.
Required Skills
Job Description
• Responsible for defining, developing, and industrializing EOL (End of Line) test solutions, ensuring products meet functional, electrical, safety, and customer requirements before shipment.
• Act as the key interface between R&D and manufacturing, supporting new product industrialization, process implementation, and value stream cost optimization.
EOL Test Concept & Strategy
• Define EOL test requirements, scope, and coverage during concept and development phases.
• Create and maintain EOL test specifications aligned with product functionality, safety, and customer requirements.
• Balance test coverage with production cycle time and manufacturing efficiency.

EOL Test System Development & Validation
• Design and implement automated or semi-automated EOL test flows
• Define, verify, and maintain test interfaces in cooperation with HW and ME teams.
• Implement and maintain functional, electrical, communication, and diagnostic tests

Production Ramp-up & Line Support
• Support DVT, PVT and SOP phases for EOL test introduction
• Analyse and resolve EOL test failures and false failures, continuously improve test stability, test time, yield, and robustness.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing plants and EMS partners

Manufacturing readiness & Cost Optimization
• Support manufacturing-related reviews, including TA, DFMA, and feasibility assessments
• Support manufacturing cost review, including process cost, investment (MAE / EWAK), and cost validation
• Support sample builds, trial runs, OPL review, and readiness tracking toward PPAP and SOP.
• Drive process optimization, continuous improvement, and value stream VAVE measures together with plants; fully support EPO implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Communication, Computer Science, or related fields
• Experience with EOL/FCT/ICT testing for automotive or industrial electronics products
• Familiarity with at least one automotive communication protocol (CAN, LIN, Ethernet (diagnostics experience is a plus)
• Solid understanding of hardware fundamentals: Power supply architecture, SoC / MCU basic principles, Common interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, GPIO)
• Experience in test software development or scripting (LabVIEW, Python, C#, C/C++), ability to develop and maintain test software is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in mass production environments, with exposure to manufacturing interfaces and new product industrialization.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with HW, SW, ME, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
• Ability to drive issues to closure independently.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
