We are seeking a Product Testing professional with strong exposure to core product / model office testing within the Capital Markets domain. The role requires hands-on testing expertise, solid understanding of front-to-back (F2B) operations, and the ability to take ownership of testing activities across multiple asset classes.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Perform core product and model office testing for Capital Markets platforms.
• Validate front-to-back (F2B) workflows, ensuring accuracy across trade lifecycle and operations.
• Execute test scenarios across multiple asset classes, including Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
• Apply structured testing methodologies, covering test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and closure.
• Prepare and maintain testing artifacts such as test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
• Perform SQL queries to validate data accuracy and support backend testing.
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as HP ALM and JIRA.
• Collaborate with business, development, and operations teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Demonstrate ownership, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive learning mindset.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in core product / model office testing within Capital Markets.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets F2B operations.
• Knowledge of asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives (benchmark knowledge is a plus).
• Solid understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and test life cycle.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with HP ALM and JIRA is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ownership-driven approach.
