Zipdev is looking for a Product & Supply Chain Project Manager to join our client, Hologenix, based in Pacific Palisades, CA. Our client is a materials science company that produces innovative, responsive textile products that energize all aspects of life. This is a full-time position offering a hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The selected candidate will contribute to driving operational excellence across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Responsible for inputting, delegating, and tracking hundreds of projects through Monday.com. Ensure all follow-up and deadlines are met by the team.
• Support CPO: Support with prioritization and delegation of tasks throughout the team.
• Data Management: Maintain critical data for entire Supply Chain team, like prices, specs, etc.. This will include updating Monday.com, SharPoint, Excel, Salesforce, etc.
• Forecasting & Inventory Planning: Analyze sales data and trends to forecast demand and place orders proactively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the entire client's team to ensure alignment and communication.
• Tech Stack Operations: Use platforms like Monday.com, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, SharePoint, Zoom, Teams, etc.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management. Preferably within the textile industry.
• Extremely organized and can keep entire teams on task
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, and operations roles. Preferably within the textile industry.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Monday.com, Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
• Experience with Salesforce and Zoom.
• Can work autonomously and make decisions to support the team without being told what to do.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
• Excellent communicator, and highly organized.
• Excellent fluency in English (Both written and verbal)
• Currently living in Latin America.
