That's where you come in. As Product Success Manager, you're the person who makes that future real for our customers. You turn powerful software into measurable wins, for brands, for retailers, and for the teams who rely on our tools every day.
What you'll own
Onboarding & Adoption. You'll guide brands and retailers through their first steps with Smart Replenishment and our B2B Webshops, and stick with them long after go-live. Smooth start, lasting impact.
Engagement & Change Management. Through trainings, tutorials, and hands-on best practices, you help customers unlock the full value of what we've built. You don't just teach the tool - you change how teams work.
Strategic Account Management. You know your accounts inside out: who the key people are, what they're trying to achieve, where they're stuck. That context is how you turn customer relationships into real strategic value - for them and for us.
Product Feedback & Improvement. You're the voice of the customer inside Fashion Cloud. The patterns you notice, the friction you hear about, the wishlists you collect - they shape what we build next.
Problem-Solving & Technical Support. Integrations, data feeds, edge cases - you don't shy away from the technical side. You understand the data flows behind our solutions and partner closely with Support and Tech to get issues resolved quickly.
