We’re looking for a Product Specialist who thrives in hands-on environments, enjoys solving real-world problems, and brings people together to make things work. This is not a traditional training or enablement role—you’ll be on the front lines, helping operators successfully launch, optimize, and grow their businesses.
What You’ll Do
Drive Product Success
Develop expertise across vending, micro markets, coffee, and smart cooler solutions
Support internal teams and operators with product knowledge, use cases, and implementation guidance
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify innovative solutions and improvements
Provide structured feedback and insights to leadership
Enable & Train
Train sales teams, account managers, partners, and operators
Create and maintain training materials (presentations, guides, recordings)
Simplify technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
Build Tools & Resources
Develop product catalogs, onboarding guides, and sales materials
Maintain organized, up-to-date resources within the 411 Vending Platform
Partner with Marketing on campaigns, product positioning, and launch materials
Improve & Innovate
Collect feedback from operators and internal teams
Identify trends and recommend improvements to materials and messaging
Contribute to improving implementation processes across the business
What We’re Looking For
Required
3–5+ years in vending, micro markets, office coffee, foodservice equipment, or similar B2B environment
A self-starter who proactively seeks solutions to complex problems
Experience in training, sales support, product coordination, or marketing support
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to translate technical features into business value
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred
Experience working with operators or distribution partners
Background in sales enablement or product marketing
Familiarity with CMS or LMS platforms
Experience developing onboarding or training materials
Who You Are
Detail-oriented, collaborative, creative problem solver, curious, innovative and comfortable presenting to groups. Skilled at connecting product features to real-world impact and interested in influencing product direction through hands-on work.

Compensation
$60,000 – $85,000 base salary
