We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our growing Technology & Innovation team and help drive our product roadmap, integrations, and automation initiatives.
Position Overview
As a project manager at Ad Astra, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of platform features, system integrations, and automation projects across our ecosystem.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, AI, operations, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions, including integrations with healthcare systems (EHR/telehealth), financial platforms, and enterprise tools.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy:
Develop and execute the product and integrations roadmap aligned with business goals
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform decisions
Automation & AI:
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI-driven workflows and automation
Requirements Gathering:
Work with stakeholders to define product features, APIs, integrations, and workflows
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with engineering, AI, operations, and vendors to deliver initiatives successfully
User Experience (UX):
Ensure intuitive, user-centered product design in collaboration with UX/UI teams
Performance Tracking:
Define and monitor KPIs for product success and operational efficiency
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to leadership
Agile Delivery:
Support product development using Agile methodologies
Customer Satisfaction:
Work with support teams to continuously improve user experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)
3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a SaaS environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Technical Skills
Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Aha!
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
Understanding of APIs, integrations, automation tools, and cloud technologies
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
Highly organized with strong time management
Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with user training and documentation
Exposure to global SaaS environments
Interest in AI and emerging technologies
