Als Product Specialist Facial im Bereich Allergan Aesthetics bist du für die Vermarktung und den Erfolg innovativer Produkte verantwortlich. Du betreust niedergelassene Fachärzt*innen und Klinikärzt*innen und trägst aktiv zum Ausbau unserer Marktposition bei. 

Aufgaben 

• Eigenverantwortliche Umsatz- und Marktanteilsteigerung im zugeordneten Gebiet 

• Gewinnung neuer Kund*innen und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen 

• Identifikation und Realisierung von Cross-Selling-Potenzialen (u.a. Vistabel, Vycross, HArmonyCa) 

• Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen und fachlicher Information gemäß § 76 AMG 

• Strategische Gebiets- und Jahresplanung, fokussierte Umsetzung der Brand-Strategie 

• Marktanalyse, gezielter Einsatz von Marketing-Materialien, professionelles Reporting 

• Sicherstellung eines exzellenten Kundenservices und Präsenz auf Veranstaltungen 

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Kolleg*innen aus verschiedenen Bereichen 

• Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und behördlichen Vorgaben zu Ethik und Compliance 

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, Pharmareferentenausbildung oder entsprechende Sachkenntnis gemäß § 75 AMG 

• Basiswissen GxP 

• Hohe Kundenzentrierung und Ergebnisorientierung 

• Mehrjährige Außendiensterfahrung und nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge (idealerweise im Therapiegebiet) 

• Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht zu präsentieren 

• Motivierte, abschlusstarke Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist und hoher Eigeninitiative 

• Exzellentes Performancemanagement und Anpassungsfähigkeit an Marktveränderungen 

• Sehr gute digitale Kompetenz (Veeva CRM, CLM, XPM, WebEx, MS Office) 

• Analytisches Geschick und Kreativität 

• Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil 

• Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
