What you’ll achieve

As a Product Solution / System Architect, you own the end-to-end architecture of the amPHI platform. You define and govern the technical direction of the product while ensuring alignment between Product Management and Product Engineering.

You provide strong technical leadership to development teams and act as the architectural authority for the product, ensuring consistency, quality and long-term sustainability.

This role combines:

• Product Architecture Ownership
• System Architecture Governance
• Technical Leadership of Development Teams
• Strategic Technical Direction

You will be in charge of:

Product & System Architecture

• Define and maintain the target architecture for the amPHI platform

• Ensure architectural consistency across backend services, frontend components and integrations

• Own application architecture, UI architecture and integration architecture

• Define and validate Non-Functional Requirements (performance, scalability, availability, reliability, security)

• Lead modernization initiatives (cloud adoption, automation, scalability improvements)

• Ensure architectural alignment with product roadmap and business strategy

Development Leadership

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams

• Validate solution designs and major technical decisions

• Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices

• Mentor senior developers and technical leads

• Support backlog prioritization from a technical sustainability perspective

Governance & Strategy

• Contribute to architecture governance structures and documentation standards

• Define long-term technical strategy aligned with product objectives

• Evaluate emerging technologies and define adoption roadmap

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security and data protection standards

Essential Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in senior technical and architecture roles

• Proven experience designing and governing complex distributed systems

• Strong expertise in Microsoft-centric enterprise architectures (.NET / C#, ASP.NET Core / REST APIs)

• Experience with modern web UI frameworks such as Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly) for modern UI architecture

• Experience leading or mentoring development teams

• Deep understanding of non-functional architecture aspects (performance, scalability, availability, security)

• Experience working closely with Product Management

• Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders

• Fluent in Danish and in English

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with Distributed & microservices architecture

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or equivalent, Security and compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare

• Familiartity with SQL Server and database design and Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid cloud)
