Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Product Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Product Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by providing exemplary service to our customers and assisting with various aspects of the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our product offerings are represented effectively, meeting the needs of our clients and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales representatives in managing client accounts and processing orders
• Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstration to potential customers
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure product displays are well-stocked and organized
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to facilitate timely deliveries of products
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to products or orders
• Support marketing initiatives by preparing product presentations and promotional materials

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a plus
• Proven experience in sales support or a related role is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, managing multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
