Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Develop product concepts, features, and manage the entire product lifecycle based on market needs and business strategy.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Legal, IT, and other teams for product development and implementation.
• Develop, update, and control operational, product, and credit policies in line with regulations and the company's risk appetite.
• Ensure policies and SOPs are clear, practical, and easily implemented by business units.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
• Evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvements or strategic adjustments.
• Performing special assignments as required and/or as directed by superiors

Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Economics, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or relevant fields.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Product, Policy, Partnership roles (cross-functional experience is highly valued).
• Strong understanding of the financial services, banking, or fintech industry and its regulatory landscapе.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
