Product Photographer – E-Commerce (m/f/d)

High-quality product images are essential to REPA’s success. Accurate, consistent, and well-lit photographs help our customers identify the right spare parts quickly, reducing errors and enhancing trust in our brand. That is why we are looking for a detail-oriented Product Photographer with a solid background in photography (professional or advanced hobbyist), and a passion for technical accuracy and visual consistency. 

• Take clear and consistent photos of spare parts for our e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare products for shooting (basic cleaning, positioning, simple setup).
• Use photo equipment and light setups (training will be provided).
• Perform basic image editing (e.g. cropping, background cleaning, simple adjustments).
• Upload images into our internal systems and ensure correct product assignment.
• Follow simple guidelines to keep images consistent across all products.
• Work closely with the Photo Team and Content/E-Commerce teams.
• Support day-to-day photo operations and help improve simple processes over time.

• First experience or strong interest in photography (professional, educational, or hobbyist level).
• Basic understanding of cameras (DSLR/mirrorless) and lighting principles, or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with photo editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar) is a plus, but not required.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently.
• Organized and reliable, with a hands-on and proactive attitude.
• Good command of English; German or Italian is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a team and collaborating across locations.

Nice to Have

• Interest in e-commerce or product photography.
• Exposure to basic image editing or automation tools (including AI-based tools).
• Technical curiosity and willingness to troubleshoot simple setups.
• Comfortable handling different types of products (training will be provided where needed).
