Natech Banking Solutions is a leading European fintech company with nearly 20 years of experience in developing advanced banking systems for major financial institutions. Headquartered in Ioannina, with offices in Athens, Switzerland, and Germany, Natech is at the forefront of digital banking innovation. Our comprehensive product suite includes core banking systems and digital engagement tools, enabling financial institutions to deliver exceptional service. In partnership with Piraeus Bank, we are developing Snappi, Greece’s first digital-only bank. That's where you come in.

We are looking for a talented Product Owner for Web Applications & Integrations to join our team. You will implement product vision and strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (engineers, marketing, sales, analysts) as the customer ambassador. Responsible for the full product lifecycle—from scouting, development, testing, deployment, improvement, to compliance. Reports to the Digital Banking Product Manager.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Develop plans for new/existing products with Digital Banking Product Manager; build multi-quarter roadmaps for Web Banking, configuration platform, integrations.
• Define/track KPIs/OKRs (adoption, conversion, success rates); support goals for innovative experiences, operations streamlining.
• Collect/analyze/prioritize feedback (data, surveys, focus groups); research competition, trends in digital banking/technology.
• Analyze customer usage for better engagement/experience.
• Design processes/workflows; create specs/user stories/acceptance criteria; prioritize backlogs.
• Lead sprint goal setting, planning, reviews; track delivery, manage dependencies/blockers; plan releases/feature flags.
• Collaborate with engineers/UX/marketing; organize demos/pilots; manage communication/training/stakeholders.
• Advise on improvements; support pricing/packaging/proposals/RFPs; chair innovation forums; maintain documentation/guides/training.
• Stay updated via trainings/networks; report to manager; work in self-organizing Agile teams; interact with compliance/lawyers/customers.


Requirements:
• Proven past solid experience in FinTech as Product Owner leading product/business delivery and relevant degree in IT/business field.
• Expertise in digital banking products/customer journeys/competition/trends;
• Agile/Scrum proficiency: roadmapping, user stories/backlogs, KPI design/tracking, sprint leadership, analytics tools.
• Analytical/project management excellence; proactive solving with commercial acumen/judgment. Autonomous in fast-paced teams; influences without authority.
• Excellent multilingual communication/negotiation/presentation skills. Travel: 10-20 days/year
