Job Description

Your mission:
• Own and grow multiple eCommerce brands end-to-end - oversee performance, profitability, and business development, working with your team to achieve ambitious goals and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead strategic initiatives and experiments to unlock growth - optimizing sales funnels, pricing, offers, and business models.

• Monitor performance metrics to ensure all product offers are efficiently monetized and aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, and Tech teams to execute growth initiatives and deliver seamless improvements.

• Leverage analytics and user insights from millions of sessions to make data-driven decisions, prioritize experiments, and improve user journeys.

• Test new business ideas - work closely with best-in-class digital performance professionals to evaluate hypotheses and scale successful strategies.

Your profile:
• Experience: 2+ years in performance-driven eCommerce or digital advertising as a Conversion Strategist or Product Owner.

• Strategic thinking: Ability to connect product, pricing, and user experience to revenue growth.

• Technical skills: Confident using Looker or other analytics platforms, and experienced in A/B testing.

• Analytical approach: Skilled at translating insights into clear, data-backed actions.

• Efficiency: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing high-impact work.

• Collaboration: Excellent communicator who works effectively across Product, Marketing, Data, and Tech.

• Ownership mindset: Proactive, curious, and accountable - you take responsibility for results, not just tasks.
