We are looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of a unique IBIS product solution for telcos, offering advanced, scalable functionalities. This role focuses on shaping, evolving, and delivering a product designed for complex telecom environments, in close collaboration with development teams, customers and key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate values collaboration, ownership, continuous development, and ethical ways of working, and is comfortable balancing business needs with technical feasibility. What your role entails:
Product and domain ownership: Strong understanding of the telecom domain, market context, business goals, and operational constraints, with full ownership of product and business requirements in close collaboration with users and clients
Product strategy and vision: Defining and executing strategies for innovative OSS software solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs
Translating business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and product specifications, with a strong focus on feasibility, scalability, and integration with existing customer systems
Managing, prioritizing, and continuously refining the product backlog in line with stakeholder priorities and delivery timelines
Close collaboration with development teams and stakeholders throughout all product lifecycle phases.
Monitoring product progress, validating delivered functionalities, and ensuring solutions meet defined acceptance criteria and quality standards
Supporting solution adoption through user workshops, knowledge transfer, and collaboration during rollout and post-release phases
Applying Agile and Scrum principles to support iterative delivery, transparency, and continuous improvement
Knowledge of telecommunications networks and OSS environments, including core network concepts and access technologies (e.g. MPLS, GPON, LTE/5G, DOCSIS, IP, DSL)
Knowledge of telco protocols and standards (e.g. SNMP, 3GPP protocols, and MIB analysis)
Familiarity with software development processes, system integration concepts, and Linux-based environments
