Job Summary

We are a growing FinTech firm in the FX and CFD brokerage sector. As we expand our trading products and client acquisition channels, we are looking for a Product Owner / Technical Project Manager to join our Global Product Delivery team. You will connect business strategy with technical execution, coordinating between business units, engineering teams, and external vendors. Your goal is to translate business requirements into technical tasks and ensure the delivery of high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Backlog Management: Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on items with the highest business value.

Agile Delivery: Lead Agile processes (Kanban/Scrum) to ensure consistent delivery and team productivity.

Roadmap Execution: Define and execute the product roadmap, managing projects from initial definition through to launch.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the main contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, managing expectations regarding scope, timelines, and dependencies.

Requirements Definition: Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria.

Vendor Management: Oversee external technology partners to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

Background: 5+ years as a Product Owner or Technical Project Manager

Financial Services: FinTech, Financial Services, FX or CFD brokerage, with knowledge of trading platforms and products, KYC and client acquisition.

Web Development: Experience managing web projects (feature releases, landing pages, site optimizations).

Marketing Tech: Experience with CRM workflows and marketing tools (Braze, Google Analytics or similar) and data flows between marketing channels and apps.
