Product Owner

We’re looking for a Product Owner to help us turn services into scalable products and shape the future of our SaaS platform. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for discovering the needs of our clients and for shaping solutions to address them. Since this is the first time we are introducing the Product Owner role at Aambience, you’ll play a key part in establishing how we organize product development from the ground up. This includes setting up new processes, educating users on user story creation, and helping to define best practices for our product function. You’ll be hands-on: writing clear requirements, engaging directly with stakeholders to understand and prioritize their needs, and presenting solutions that drive value for our clients. For now, you’ll report directly to the CTO, with the opportunity to help shape the role as our product organization grows.

What You’ll Do

• Liaise with stakeholders and document their needs

• Write user stories that describe requirements in clear and concise ways

• Help shape and define processes around product discovery, backlog management and value delivery

• Collaborate with development teams to clear up requirements, define feasibility of requests and deliver value to the customer

• Follow-up with delivered solutions and the impact they are having on the business overall

• Contribute to shaping a culture of reliability and quality

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience working in Product in SaaS or service-based businesses

• Strong product instincts, with the ability to simplify complexity into clear solutions

• Great communication skills and enthusiasm to talk to stakeholders and clients

• Comfort working in ambiguity — moving quickly with limited resources, but clear intent

• Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and business teams

• A balance of vision and execution: you can set a direction and roll up your sleeves to deliver

Νice to Have

• IT background with familiarity in AI technologies, JIRA and general design/planning tools

• Experience with Agile methodologies, delivering corporate presentations, and a structured problem-solving approach

• Experience in startups, high-growth, B2B, automation/AI, or turning consulting/services into repeatable products

• Experience in highly-regulated or legal environments is a plus
