Product Owner

We’re looking for a Product Owner who lives and breathes iGaming - someone who understands the mechanics behind great slot experiences and knows how to turn ideas into successful releases.

In this role, you’ll shape the vision, drive the roadmap, balance creativity with data, and lead the game from concept to launch. You’ll work closely with the CPO and cross-functional teams to craft engaging gameplay, optimize performance, and deliver high-quality products that stand out in a competitive market.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related role;
• Deep knowledge of Slot Games and the Casino Industry, including current market trends;
• Portfolio of successfully released online Slot Games;
• Experience with math balancing;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• English level B2+;
• Native Ukrainian speaker.

Responsibilities

Product:

• Own and maintain the game’s product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations;
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement;
• Collaborate with the CPO to define and approve the roadmap, priorities, and delivery plan;
• Create and maintain clear product documentation;
• Ensure a consistent and high-quality player experience across the game;
• Monitor key product metrics and player behavior, identify weak areas, and initiate improvements.

Delivery:

• Oversee the full development lifecycle - from concept to release;
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure predictable and timely delivery;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality game content on time;
• Support and improve team processes, facilitate key ceremonies, and remove blockers;
• Provide regular status updates and communicate risks to the CPO;
• Present game progress and results to stakeholders;
• Document key decisions, agreements, and action points to maintain clarity and alignment;
• Support post-release activities and continuous product improvements.

Nice to Have / Big Plus

• Genuine passion for games and strong understanding of player psychology;
• Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment;
• Familiarity with iGaming/slot development and game economy fundamentals (RTP, bonus mechanics).
